Every year, we host a Thanksgiving food drive the first 2 weeks of November. In its 3rd year in action, we have been able to donate food to organizations like Shepards’ Pantry and Encounters of Mercy Ministry. This year we have partnered with Hacienda-La Puente Unified School District (HLPUSD), Equity and Access Engagement Program for their Thanksgiving Basket Give Aways that will benefit unhoused or foster care students and families during the Thanksgiving season.
Hacienda-La Puente Unified School District, Equity and Access is committed to providing each student with the support they need to succeed and flourish in all areas of life. They provide school supplies and hygiene products year-round to students that are unhoused or in the foster care system. Norman Fox has also volunteered in reviewing videos for Chemical Educational Foundation’s (CEF) You be the Chemist Challenge and donated clothes to those less fortunate as well as participated in local toy drives and back to school supply drives.
Other ways that Norman Fox fosters social responsibility is by committing to sustainability. We partner with many suppliers that also share our vision of sustainability, we are part of Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) Responsible Distribution Program and donate to reforestation efforts through our annual tree dedications.
