We are committed to growing the careers of our Norfox team members. Join us in congratulating Adrian Favela and Will Stewart in graduating from Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD)’s Aspiring Leaders Program.
The Aspiring Leaders Program is an early-career professional development initiative by ACD designed to help new professionals build a strong leadership foundation.
Through this year-long program, Adrian and Will got to travel across the country meeting and connecting with people from different parts of the chemical distribution industry. In the beginning of the year, they flew to Washington D.C. to meet with members of Congress including Rep. Gil Cisneros and advocate for chemical distribution. During the summer, they flew to Atlanta, Georgia for ChemEdge to learn more about safety and compliance. Throughout the year, they also attended various monthly leadership sessions that helped them grow their network as well as expand their leadership skills.
We can’t wait to see how they both continue to make a difference!
