Safety is the cornerstone of our operational philosophy. Many of our Norfox team members are currently receiving their certification on First Aid, CPR and AED from the American Red Cross.
The training includes a combination of online courses and in-person training. The in-person training starts with a hands-on exercise on how to provide CPR. Followed by a simulation on how to use AED. Lastly, the training concludes with a first aid simulation. Individuals are taught how to wrap up an injury as well as stop any bleeding.
