Norman Fox Celebrates Earth Day by Honoring their most Tenured Employees

Our sustainability efforts are driven by a deep-seated commitment to protect and enhance the environment. For Earth Day, we have partnered with TreePeople and have dedicated trees in honor of our most tenured employees: Michelle Dent (2005), Linda Killian (2006), Debbie Rousseve (2007), Chris Abrenica (2008), Sheldon Bartley (2009).

Tree People is one of the largest organizations in Southern California and its mission is to inspire, engage, and support people to take personal responsibility for the environment, making it safe, healthy, fun, and sustainable. One way to support their mission is through tree dedications.

This annual Norfox tradition started in 2023 when we dedicated our trees in honor of our founding members. Last year, we dedicated our trees to supplier partners who have demonstrated great sustainability efforts. And this year, we dedicate our trees in honor of our Norfox Team Members.

Our sustainability efforts extend far more than just tree dedications. For two consecutive years, we have been awarded the Good Corporate Citizen Award by the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts. We also take effort in recycling and minimizing our carbon footprint whenever we can. As part of the Alliance for Chemical Distributors (ACD), we actively participate in the Responsible Distribution Program.
