Leadership
Every year, one member of the Norman Fox team joins the Emerging Leaders program led by Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD). This Emerging Leaders program consists of highly motivated professionals who are ready to step into advanced leadership roles within the organization. The program is a 2-year commitment and provides a platform for professional development as well as an opportunity to network amongst colleagues in the same industry. We love seeing our Norfox team inspire and motivate others through their leadership. Brendan Donnellan, our Sales Manager, was part of the 2023 graduating class, Ian Code, Account Manager, is part of the 2024 graduating class, and Mark Ramelb, Account Manager, is part of the 2025 graduating class.
Education
Norman Fox believes in developing knowledge & skills among its employees. Beginning Summer of 2024, Marketing Manager, Velvet Arriola, and Account Manager, Ashley Yan, have joined Society of Cosmetic Chemists Continuing Education Program (CEP) to receive their Certificate in Skin Care. As part of the program, they have been receiving online and in-person courses ranging from Cosmetic Raw Materials for Skin Care to Cosmetic Formulations. They recently attended a hands-on lab component at the University of Toledo.
Monthly Safety Training
Every month our EHS&S Manager, Chris Abrenica, provides safety training workshops for our warehouse team members. This ensures that they are up to date on any safety protocols as well as provide them with more skills and knowledge about the chemical distribution industry.
