Close to eleven years of R&D experience in the personal care industry with hands on experience in both hair care and skin care formulation. Stepan holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from California State University, Northridge, and an M.S. degree in Cosmetic Sciences from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, going to live comedy stand up shows and sitting in live jazz entertainment. Stepan is a basketball enthusiast and a huge Lakers fan.
